SHIPPING & PAYMENT POLICY

Shipping:

All of our syrups are made in small batches and made fresh weekly, so orders are typically shipped within 3 days of receiving. 

Payment:

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

Subscriptions:

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.

Subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If we can help you in anyway please email support@jacksyrups.com.

To Initiate a return:

Email support@jacksyrups.com with your order number.  We will send you a return label.  You are responsible for shipping costs to return the products.  Shipping costs are not refundable. 

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon inception an contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can make it right.  

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds:

We understand you may try our syrup before deciding you want to return it. As long as your item is in close to the same condition as when it was received, we will issue a full refund. We want everyone to love our cocktail syrups as much as we do, so we always welcome any feedback.
